#376 – 90-day-game-plan DAY 62 – THE TEN SUPPLEMENTS I USE
Welcome to day 62 of your 90-day-game-plan. I am Dr. Julian Hosp and I am your 1:1 trainer during those 90 days. Today I want to share the ten supplements I use on a regular basis:
- 30g Proteinpowder after sports
- Yerba Mate Tea and max. 2 coffees a day
- Omega-3-Oil (vegan): 2 to 3g per day
- MCT-Oil: 2 to 3 spoonful per day
- No Multi-Vitamin but lots of veggies and Vit D3 3.000 I.E. per day
- Magnesium: 400mg per day
- Zinc: 50mg per day in the evening
- EGCG (from Green Tea): 200 mg per day for extra energy
- Greens/Superfood Powder
- Glucomannan 3 to 4g per day
And as a bonus: Melatonin to fight Jetlag
